Christopher John Rogers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that certain high-volume collections and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
